Here's How it Works:


Now that you know more about Custom VA Solutions, it's time for you to contact us so we can learn more about you and your business. Please click here to complete a questionnaire that  will share some details such as who you are, the nature of your business, current business operations, specific business requirements and more.


From there, we'll contact you to schedule a phone or video consultation.

Assuming we've determined that this would be a good fit after our consultation, we'll send over a service agreement for eSignature that includes general business terms and confidentiality information.

Once you've eSigned the service agreement, you'll receive a detailed estimate that includes our agreed upon Custom VA Solutions service and package estimates. 

It's important to note that the first estimate you receive will also include an initial onboarding fee. This fee covers various upfront expenses such as creating your online collaboration area, business consulting, creating custom workflows for your operational requirements and so on.


The last step, once you've accepted your invoice and paid the necessary amount to begin, is to schedule your onboarding call.  During this call, we will make sure that we have all login credentials and everything else necessary to proceed with building your business efficiently.
